OVERVIEW

As a Listing Agent, you can receive weekly email notifications informing you about your Incomplete listings.

An Incomplete listing is one that has not had its showing settings configured.

How to turn off email notifications for Incomplete listings

This feature is activated by default to ensure you are always up-to-date with your listings.

If you would like to turn the notifications off, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into BrokerBay.
2. Select your Photo or Initials in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Notification Settings.
4. Under Incomplete Listing Settings, toggle Email off. A blue toggle is on; a grey toggle is off.
