Email Notifications for Incomplete Listings

OVERVIEW

We're excited to introduce our new feature to enhance your experience. As a Listing Agent, you can now receive weekly email notifications informing you about your Incomplete listings.

An 'Incomplete' listing refers to any listing that has not yet had its Showing Settings configured.

How to Turn Off Email Notifications for Incomplete Listings

Please note, that this feature has been activated by default for all our users to ensure you're always up-to-date with your listings.

To turn this setting off, follow the steps below:

1. Log into BrokerBay.
2. Select your Photo/Initials in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Notification Settings.
4. Under Incomplete Listing Settings, toggle off Email.

Blue = On

Grey = Off
