Getting there:
- To add a new lockbox to BrokerBay: BrokerBay home page → Lockboxes.
- To change a listing’s access type to a specific lockbox type: Any BrokerBay listing → Showings tab → Showing Configuration → Access Type dropdown.
OVERVIEW
Supra, Master Lock, and SentriLock electronic lockboxes integrate directly with BrokerBay to provide Bluetooth access for showings.

Supra
Supra electronic lockboxes integrate with BrokerBay to provide Bluetooth access for showings. This integration automatically grants access to showing agents’ Supra eKey profiles during their appointment times.
Setting up a listing for Supra access
- Navigate to any BrokerBay listing.
- Select the Showings tab.
- Select Showing Configuration.
- From the Access Type dropdown, select Supra eKey.
- Select Save.
Utilizing Supra access
When arriving at the property, showing agents can unlock Supra lockboxes using the BrokerBay mobile app.
Bluetooth connectivity on the agent’s phone must be enabled.
Opening a Supra lockbox on mobile
- Access the BrokerBay mobile app.
- Navigate to your appointment details page.
- Select the Supra eKEY Obtain Key option. The Obtain Key button will be visible on the listing detail page only if the listing agent has configured Supra eKEY as the Access Type.
- Input your eKEY PIN.
- Activate the Bluetooth functionality by pushing upward on the key container.
- Upon receiving a Success notification in the application, push upward on the lockbox's bottom section once more to release the key container.
Master Lock
Master Lock electronic lockboxes integrate with BrokerBay to provide either Bluetooth access or one-day access codes for showings.
Before adding a Master Lock to a listing, you’ll need to add it to your brokerage’s list of lockboxes.
Adding a Master Lock to BrokerBay
- From the BrokerBay home page, select Lockboxes.
- Select + New Lock Box.
- From the Brand dropdown menu, select Master Lock.
- Enter the lockbox’s serial number and sharing code.
- Select Save.
You can assign your saved Master Lock lokboxes to listings after adding them to the Lockboxes section.
Setting up a listing for Master Lock access
- Navigate to any BrokerBay listing.
- Select the Showings tab.
- Select Showing Configuration.
- From the Access Type dropdown, select Master Lock.
- Select the serial number of the Master Lock lockbox you wish to add.
- You will know your Master Lock is properly configured when you see a green validation checkmark next to the serial number.
- [Optional] Select Enable Manual Code if you wish to create one-day manual access codes for showing agents. If this option is not selected, access will be through Bluetooth only.
- Select Save.
If you don’t see a validation checkmark, double-check that the lockbox was correctly added on the Lockboxes page.
Revoking access
Lockbox access can be revoked at any moment through the Master Lock Vault Enterprise website or mobile app.
Utilizing Master Lock access
Bluetooth-only access
When no manual code is enabled, simply use the integrated Bluetooth connectivity within the BrokerBay mobile app to unlock the Master Lock. Access is automatically enabled for the appointment window, and revoked once the window passes.
Bluetooth connectivity on the agent’s phone must be enabled.
Bluetooth-only access appears in the showing history as MASTER LOCK: BLUETOOTH ACCESS GENERATED.
Manual code and bluetooth access
When a manual code is enabled, showings agents may use either:
- A one-day manual access code
- Bluetooth access through the BrokerBay mobile app
Bluetooth connectivity on the agent’s phone must be enabled in order to use the Bluetooth access. Access is automatically enabled for the appointment window, and revoked once the window passes.
This dual-access method appears in the showing history as MASTER LOCK: NEW CODE AND BLUETOOTH ACCESS GENERATED.
SentriLock
SentriLock electronic lockboxes integrate with BrokerBay to provide secure access for showings through the SentriKey Real Estate and SentriConnect apps.
Before setting up SentriLock in BrokerBay, initial configuration in the SentriKey portal is required.
Initial SentriKey setup
The first step to using your SentriLock lockbox is configuring it in the SentriKey portal. This must be completed before adding the lockbox to BrokerBay.
Adding a SentriLock to BrokerBay
- From the BrokerBay home page, select Lockboxes.
- Select + New Lock Box.
- From the Brand dropdown menu, select SentriLock.
- Select your lockbox from the populated list of available boxes.
- Select Sync Lock Boxes.
You can assign your saved SentriLock lockboxes to listings after adding them to the Lockboxes section.
Setting up a listing for SentriLock access
- Navigate to any BrokerBay listing.
- Select the Showings tab.
- Select Showing Configuration.
- From the Access Type dropdown, select SentriLock.
- Select the serial number of the Sentri Lock lockbox you wish to add.
- You will know your SentriLock is properly configured when you see a green validation checkmark next to the serial number.
- Select Save.
If you don't see a validation checkmark, double-check that the lockbox was correctly added on the Lockboxes page and has been set up properly within the SentriKey portal.
Utilizing SentriLock access
SentriKey Real Estate app
When the showing agent is a member of the same board, they'll receive access through their SentriKey Real Estate app. Access is automatically enabled for the appointment window and revoked once the window passes.
Bluetooth connectivity on the agent's phone must be enabled.
SentriKey access appears in the showing history as SentriLock: Add_Appointment.
SentriConnect app
When the showing agent is from a different board (or lacks board membership), they'll receive access through the SentriConnect app. Access is automatically enabled for the appointment window and revoked once the window passes.
Bluetooth connectivity on the agent's phone must be enabled.
SentriConnect access appears in the showing history as SentriLock: Sentri_Connect.
Revoking access
Lockbox access can be revoked at any moment through the SentriKey Real Estate website or mobile app.
