Looking to set up an Electronic Lockbox with your BrokerBay listing? You've come to the right place!
This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to sync your Supra, Masterlock, and SentriLock lockboxes to BrokerBay and how to attach them to your listings.

Supra
Configure Your Listing’s Access Type with Supra
- Enter your listing’s Showing Configuration page (BrokerBay Listing → Showings tab → Showing Configuration).
- Select Supra eKey from the Access Type: dropdown options.
- This will establish a connection between your Supra and BrokerBay Profiles.
- Ensure to hit Save!
How Does Supra Grant Access to the Showing Agent?
Supra integrates directly with BrokerBay. Our Smart Integration will automatically grant access to the Showing Agent’s Supra eKey Profile.
The Showing Agent can then open the Supra Electronic Lockbox using the BrokerBay Mobile App when they arrive at the property. Full instructions are available here.

- Using Supra is a simple Bluetooth action. Little effort is required from administrators, listing agents and showing agents.
Showing Agents: Open Lockbox from the Appointment Details Page
- Log in to the BrokerBay Mobile App

Click on your appointment to access its details page

Click on the Supra eKEY Obtain Key button.
Note: To see the Obtain Key button on the listing detail page, the listing agent must have Supra eKEY set up as the Access Type.

Enter your eKey PIN. Push up on key container to activate Bluetooth®.
Once you see the Success message on your app, push up on the bottom of the lockbox again to release the key container.
MasterLock
Sync Your Masterlock Lockbox to BrokerBay

From your BrokerBay Home Page, click Lockboxes.
- You may already see the MasterLock Box Serial # that you are looking for here. If you do not, add the lockbox via + New Lockbox.
- Selecting Brand: MasterLock will ask you for the lockbox serial number and sharing code.
- Enter both and select Save.

Once you save lockbox, you'll be ready to assign the MasterLock access instructions on your listing!
- Enter your listing’s Showing Configuration page (BrokerBay Listing → Showings tab → Showing Configuration).
- Select MasterLock from the Access Type: dropdown options.
- Select your lockbox’s Serial Number.

You will know if your MasterLock access has been set up correctly once you see a validation check mark as shown below:

Save your Showing Configuration page.
How Does BrokerBay Grant Access to the Showing User via MasterLock?
Depending on the showing configuration, our smart integration will grant access by:
- Providing Access-by-Appointment Bluetooth Unlock via the BrokerBay Mobile App. This will show up in the showing history log as MASTER LOCK: BLUETOOTH ACCESS GENERATED.
- Providing a One Day Manual Access Code alongside Bluetooth Unlock. This will show up in the showing history log as MASTER LOCK: NEW CODE AND BLUETOOTH ACCESS GENERATED.
The method of unlock provided is decided by the Listing Agent upon the intial configuration.
Further context:
- BrokerBay is Access By Appointment (ABA) which will ensure safety within the industry. With ABA, agents can only open the lockbox within their showing time.
- Using MasterLock is a simple bluetooth action. Little effort is required from both the administrative, listing agent and showing agent perspective!
- Lockbox access can be revoked at a moment's notice via the MasterLock Vault Enterprise website or mobile app.
SentriLock
Initial SentriKey Setup
The first step to setting up your SentriLock lockbox isn't on BrokerBay at all! First, you'll have to ensure that your lock box has been set up correctly on the SentriKey portal.

Sync Your SentriLock Lockbox to BrokerBay

From your BrokerBay Home Page, click Lockboxes.
- You may already see the SentriLock Box Serial # that you are looking for here. If you do not, add the lockbox via + New Lockbox.
- Given the initial setup on SentriKey has been completed, selecting Brand: SentriLock will populate your available lockboxes.
- Once you select your lockbox and click you'll be ready to assign the SentriLock access instructions on your listing!
Configure Your Listing’s Access Type with SentriLock
- Enter your listing’s Showing Configuration page (BrokerBay Listing → Showings tab → Showing Configuration).

Select SentriLock from the Access Type: dropdown options.
- Select your lockbox’s Serial Number.

You will know if your SentriLock access has been set up correctly once you see a validation check mark as shown below:
- Save your Showing Configuration page.

How Does SentriLock Grant Access to the Showing Agent?
Depending on the showing user, our smart integration will grant access by:

Providing SentriKey access. This will show up in the showing history log as SentriLock: Add_Appointment.
If the showing user is not of the same board (or does not have a board membership), our integration will then:

Grant SentriConnect access. This will show up in the showing history log as SentriLock: Sentri_Connect. The SentriConnect App will give access to the showing user.
The showing user must access the SentriKey® Real Estate or SentriConnect® apps.
If there was a failure to grant access, this shows up as SentriLock: Unauthorized.
