BrokerBay's Showing Insights feature provides comprehensive analytics on showing activity trends across various locations. It offers valuable data correlation between listing prices and showing frequencies, enabling you to make informed decisions on your listing.

Using Showing Insights

The Showing Insights tool features four main sections:

1. Filter configuration: Utilize the drop-down menus in the initial section to set your desired parameters.
2. Showing Activity chart: Analyze price ranges in relation to the average number of showings for listings within your selected filters. Select individual bars to highlight specific price ranges of interest.
3. Showing Activity details: Compare listing price ranges with the total number of confirmed showings and the average number of showings confirmed per listing.
4. Data export: Export the compiled data by selecting the download button at the top of the page. Choose your preferred options from the menu and proceed with the download. For optimal formatting, it is recommended to scale the PDF to At most 2 pages high.

Ensure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. BrokerBay is optimized and tested on Chrome. If using Chrome and unable to access the Showing Insights page still, try:
