OVERVIEW

With BrokerBay's all-new Showing Insights tool, you can now track showing activity trends in any location in your area. Showing Insights lets you easily demonstrate the connection between listing price versus the number of showings - allowing you to guide your sellers in listing their homes for a price that optimizes showings and minimizes time on the market.

 

How To: Showing Insights 

1. Login to BrokerBay using your Google Chrome web browser
2. In the left-side menu, select the Analytics tab
3. Select Market Insight 

The Showing Insights tool features three sections:  

Use the drop-down menus in the first section to set your filters. 
 
 

Use the Showing Activity Chart to analyze price ranges versus the average number of showings for listings in your filter. You can also select a specific bar to highlight the price range you are interested in. 

  

The Showing Activity Details table offers more granular information. This section compares Listing Price Ranges with the total number of confirmed showings, and the average number of showings confirmed per listing. 

 

You can also download a PDF of all data gathered. Select the download button at the top of the page, then select any options on the menu, and hit download!  

We recommend Scaling “At most two pages high” for the best format

Cannot access BrokerBay, met with a continuous loading screen. 

Please ensure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. Our product is tested and developed through Chrome so you will have the best user experience on that platform. 

 

If you are experiencing this with Google Chrome, please take the following steps:

1. Update Chrome, here is a helpful article on How to Update Google Chrome.
2. Clear your cache/browser history, here are the steps: 

 

1. 1. 1. On your computer, open Chrome.
      2. At the top right, click More
      3. Click More Tools --> Clear Browsing Data.
      4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
      5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
      6. Click Clear data.

How do I enable third-party cookies in my browser? 

To enable third-party cookies in your Google Chrome web browser, follow the steps below: 

1. Select Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security tab.
3. Select Third-party Cookies. 
4. Select “Allow third-party cookies.”
