Getting There: Open Mobile App → Showings page → Click your Buyer Showing

*Offline Mode: Need to have been logged in before losing cell service*

OVERVIEW

Heading to view a property in an area with unreliable or no cell service? BrokerBay has added Offline Mode to help you access important Showing Instructions and Access Codes for your Buyer Showings in remote areas and on the go.

How To: Offline Mode

1. Login to the BrokerBay mobile app while you’re in cell coverage.
   
   
2. No longer have cell service? Open the mobile app and you’ll be met with the “You are offline” notice.
   
   
3. Enter the Showings page (Showings page is accessible via the Calendar icon or the Buyer Showings - View All from your Dashboard)
   
   
4. Click your confirmed Buyer Showing to open its details
