OVERVIEW
Leverage BrokerBay’s Analytics tool to view activity and trend reports in the marketplace and in your brokerage.
IN THIS ARTICLE
Create and save Market Trends views to identify and compare data from different geographical areas.
Create a New Market Trends View
Click the + sign to create a new view and rename the tab.
Exploring the Input Options
Compare Market Trends by:
- Area: Set an area filter by selecting a region, a city, or a neighbourhood. Select up to three different areas to compare within your Market Trends tab.
- Postal/Zip Code
- Listing and Property Types: Filter by for sale/for lease listings in addition to the various different property types.
- Date Range: Select from one of the provided time ranges or set a custom range
Once you’ve set your filters, select which analytics you’d like to view in detail by clicking from the available panels.
This will populate a chart and table of the data.
Your My Brokerage analytics tab provides data for listings within your brokerage.
Create a New My Brokerage View
Click the + sign to create a new view and rename the tab.
Exploring the Input Options
Specify and filter your brokerage data by inputting:
- Area: Apply a regional filter to specify the data from within your brokerage
- Branch: Filter by a specific branch from within your brokerage. (Only branches which you have access to will be available to filter with)
- Listing: View data for a specific listing, searching by listing address or MLS#
- Postal/Zip Code
- Listing and Property Types: Filter by for sale/for lease listings in addition to the various different property types.
- Date Range: Select from one of the provided time ranges or set a custom range
Again, once you’ve set your filters, select which analytics you’d like to view in detail by clicking from the available panels.
This will populate a chart and table of the data.
