Chat Tool: How to Send a Direct Chat Message on the Mobile App

BrokerBay’s Chat Tool in the Mobile App provides agents the ability to communicate with other agents and their brokerage.

1. From your Dashboard, click the Chat Tool icon from the bottom navigation menu.
   

   

2. Click ‘+’ to create a new conversation.
   

3. Select the corresponding tab (My Brokerage, Recent, All Agents) and search for the agent you’d like to send a message to.
   

   

4. Once you’ve selected the agent, click the airplane  icon. This will create a new conversation space for you and the agent.
5. Type in your message and click Send once complete.
   

Message Agents Tool: How to Send a Message to Agents Who’ve Shown Your Listing on the Mobile App

Leverage BrokerBay’s Message Agents Tool to easily reach all or some of the showing agents who have shown your listing with important updates.

1. Select your listing from your Dashboard
2. From your listing details page, click on the Message Agents tool
   
3. Select the group of showing agents you’d like to deliver your message to. This will populate the showing agents that apply to the group selected (click the ‘x’ next to an agent’s name to remove them from the recipient list). Click NEXT.
   
   
4. Craft your message and click SEND
   
   

How to Register Offers on the Mobile App

1. Search for the listing you’d like to register an offer on
   
2. Arriving at the listing details page, click Register Offer
   
   
3. You’ll be led to the Offer Instructions screen where instructions set by the listing agent are noted. Click Next.
4. Confirm your details and select the Irrevocability date and time. Attach or take a photo of required documentation and Register Offer. This will prompt you to verify your attachment, and click Register Offer again.
