OVERVIEW
The BrokerBay Live Concierge service can schedule and communicate showing updates to clients and other Agents via telephone, on your behalf.
You can subscribe to the BrokerBay Live Concierge service as an Agent for your listings, or as a managing Broker for your entire office. The process and fee for subscribing depends on your MLS' coverage.
IN THIS ARTICLE
If your MLS or brokerage has not activated the Live Concierge service on your behalf, you will need to subscribe with an individual subscription.
- Select your initials or profile image within the header, then select Account Settings.
- Select Live Concierge Service.
- Select Setup and follow the setup process.
Subscribing as a managing Broker
If you are a managing Broker on the Brokerage Plan:
You can upgrade and subscribe your entire brokerage and its Agents. This allows for Agents to enable to Live Concierge service for themselves as necessary.
- Select Admin from the sidebar.
- Select Live Concierge Service.
- If your MLS has not covered the Live Concierge service fee, select Setup and follow the setup process.
- If your MLS has covered the Live Concierge service fee, select Enable. Depending on your MLS, your brokerage may already be enabled for the Live Concierge service by default.
If you are a managing Broker on the Agent Plan:
The Agent Plan is meant for Agents to manage their own businesses. This means Agents can only subscribe on an individual level.
Should you wish to provide all your Agents with the Live Concierge service, your first step is to upgrade to the Brokerage Plan. After your upgrade has been processed, you'll be able to follow the above steps to subscribe to the Live Concierge service.
