Navigating the Mobile App

Once you’ve logged into the BrokerBay Mobile App you’ll be met with your Agent Dashboard.

Your Dashboard hosts several sections including Listings, upcoming Buyer Showings, and Tasks for you to access directly upon logging in.

Exploring the Main Navigation Bar

Your main page will have a navigation menu bar with four icons.

• BrokerBay Logo: Use the BrokerBay logo to navigate back to the Agent Dashboard
• Calendar: Clicking the calendar icon will bring you to your Showings page where you can toggle views between your Buyer Showings, Listing Showings, and Feedback you’ve set to submit.
• Magnifying Glass: Click this icon to access the Search Listings page. 
• Chat Bubble: Click this icon to open the chat tool where you view all messages, and create a new conversation with your admins or other agents

How to Book a Showing in BrokerBay’s Mobile App

Signed into your BrokerBay mobile app, submit a showing request for a listing in a few easy steps!

1. Search for the listing using the magnifying glass icon from your main navigation bar. Type in the address or MLS# to pull up results.
2. Click the listing from the results to enter the listing’s details page
3. Click Book Showing

Once clicking Book Showing you will taken through the booking process to select the date, showing type, duration, time slot, and a final confirmation before booking.

Your newly requested Buyer Showing will now appear in your Showings page accessible from your main navigation bar’s Calendar icon.

TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs

I installed the app, but I don’t know my login credentials.

Prior to accessing the mobile app, get started by claiming your BrokerBay account via your MLS dashboard or MLS Menu! Click on the large BrokerBay icon in your dashboard or access it within your MLS links.

If your first time accessing the BrokerBay platform, you’ll be prompted to confirm your details username email and set a password. Having successfully claimed your BrokerBay account, you now have your credentials to login to the mobile app!

If you’ve already claimed your account, but have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to access the password reset page.

Can I configure showing instructions and manage my own listings in the BrokerBay Mobile App?
