Getting There: Click on your listing from your Mobile App Dashboard → Click the Gear icon to access the listing's configuration settings
OVERVIEW
You can manage your listings and add showing instructions easily in the BrokerBay Mobile App!
This article will guide you in setting up your showing configurations on the go.

Configure Showing Instructions
Click on your listing from your agent dashboard, and click on its settings gear icon.
Click Showing Configuration to access the Configure Showings’ General tab and fill in fields in the Showings and Showing Agent Instructions sections.
Showings section:
- Minimum Notice - Enter a minimum showing notice (i.e. the minimum required time prior to the appointment time)
- Max Duration - Select from the provided maximum showing durations or set a custom duration
- Allow overlapping showings - Toggle on to allow multiple showings to happen at the same time, selecting the limit if needed
- Showing Approval - Select who should approve showing requests
- Sellers / Listing Contacts enables clients and or agents to approve requests
- LA to Confirm enables the listing agent to exclusively confirm appointments
- Auto-Confirm enables go and show for all appointments, requiring no manual action
- Front-desk Instructions (Internal) - Enter notes/instructions for your brokerage admins or BrokerBay's Live Concierge Service to reference when they are actioning appointments on behalf of agents
- Disable showings - Toggle on if you don’t want to allow any appointments
Showing Agent Instructions section:
- Access - Select an access type from the dropdown, entering any required codes and further access instructions
- House Rules and Other Instructions - Select house rules for your listing and add any other instructions that you’d like to include in the showing confirmed notifications to the showing agent
Head to the Contacts tab to add listing contacts and search for existing contacts or create a new contact filling in their details in addition to setting their notification and permission settings.
Select the Restrictions tab to set Weekly Restrictions or a special Daily Restrictions.
Restrict showings from being booked on certain parts of the day, clicking on time slots to grey out (restricted) or turn off entire days of the week.
Special daily restrictions - select a date from the calendar and set that specific day’s restrictions/availabilities.
- Grey time slots are restricted, no showings
- Blue timeslots are available for showings
- Green Auto-Confirm time slots (*setup auto confirm time slots by clicking on the lightning bolt and make your selections)
