BrokerBay is integrated with Paragon, allowing Users to book appointments directly via MLS listings.

How to Book a Showing on a Paragon Listing

1. Navigate to the MLS listing you’d like to book an appointment for.
2. Click on the BrokerBay ‘Book Appointment’ link located underneath the listing’s photo. Alternatively, click on the BrokerBay logo booking link.
   
   
   
   
3. Clicking the BrokerBay booking link will lead you to BrokerBay’s External Dashboard.

• • Select how you’d like to be notified of and receive showing instructions
  • Select the appropriate showing appointment type (Buyer/Broker showing type will default option selected)
  • Select the date, time, and duration of your appointment request
  • Click Book Showing to submit your request

My details in the External Dashboard appointment booking screen are not correct. How do I update this?

Make sure that your contact details on your MLS profile on Paragon and BrokerBay account profile details are up to date.
