BrokerBay is integrated into FlexMLS to help agents book appointments without having to navigate outside of MLS. Leverage appointment booking directly from the FlexMLS listing's BrokerBay booking links.

How to Book a Showing on a FlexMLS Listing

1. Log into your FlexMLS account.
2. Search for the MLS listing you’d like to book an appointment for.
3. Heading to the Details tab of the listing, click on the BrokerBay booking link. If not readily visible, click more to expand the options where you’ll see the link.
   
   
   
   
4. Clicking the BrokerBay booking link will lead you to BrokerBay’s External Dashboard.

• • Select how you’d like to be notified of and receive showing instructions
  • Select the appropriate showing appointment type (Buyer/Broker showing type will default option selected)
  • Select the date, time, and duration of your appointment request
  • Click Book Showing to submit your request

TROUBLESHOOTING AND FAQS

My listing doesn’t have the BrokerBay booking link.

Does your listing have its Showing Service field set to BrokerBay? Check your listing details and edit your MLS listing to make the adjustment.

My details in the External Dashboard appointment booking screen are not correct. How do I update this?

Make sure that your contact details on your FlexMLS profile and BrokerBay profile details are up to date.
