Feature Enhancements:
- When using BrokerBay, agents can now interact with all listings within their MLS regardless of state/provincial boundaries
- When configuring a listing, both a 45-minute and custom (maximum 4 hours) showing duration will now be available to choose from
- Within the Billing & Invoices tab, all available Brokerage Subscription and Live Concierge Services invoices will now be displayed
Overall Feature Fixes:
- When booking a showing, a Showing Agent's mobile phone number (if available) will now automatically populate
- For Sentrilock, an uploaded lockbox photo will now appear as a hyperlinked button in the showing notification email
- When a showing is cancelled via our Time Passed automation, feedback will no longer be able to be recorded
- Agents attempting to book a showing on a newly combined listing will now be automatically redirected to the updated version
- Public attachments will no longer be removed when an MLS photo update occurs
- The listing availability field will no longer contain duplicate terms
- Attempting to print a PDF export of brokerage listings will no longer generate a blank error page
Regional Feature Fixes:
- (USA) Agents will now be able to select SMS notifications when booking a showing via the external dashboard
- (Canada) SMS messages sent from our platform now conform to national regulations
- (North Carolina) The primary listing photo on BrokerBay will now always match FlexMLS
- (North Carolina) Appraisers have been granted BrokerBay profiles
- (North Carolina) When booking a showing, addresses will now appear uniform across the internal and external dashboards
